Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are concluded between the brand ZEST , located in Roubaix, France ( "the Seller" ) and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website zestlytic.com ( "the Buyer" ).

1. Purpose

These GTC aim to define the contractual relations between ZEST and the Buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the zestlytic.com merchant site. The acquisition of a product through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the Buyer of these GTC.

2. Products

The products offered are those listed on the zestlytic.com website of the ZEST brand, subject to availability. ZEST reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description outlining its main technical characteristics.

 

3. Prices

The prices listed on the product sheets in the online catalog are in Euros (€) and include all taxes (TTC), taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. ZEST reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, however, it is understood that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Buyer.

4. Order and payment

The Buyer can order on the zestlytic.com website and pay by credit card (via Stripe) or PayPal. Confirmation of an order implies acceptance of the present terms of sale. Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

5. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form. Delivery times are given for information only; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the Buyer reimbursed. The risks associated with transport are borne by the purchaser from the moment the items leave the premises of ZEST or its suppliers.

6. Right of Withdrawal (30-day guarantee)

In accordance with Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal. Zest Offer: We extend this period to 30 days to ensure your complete satisfaction. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

 

7. Warranty and Liability

All products supplied by the ZEST brand benefit from the legal guarantee provided for in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a sold product, it may be returned, exchanged or refunded. All complaints must be made by email to: clientzest@gmail.com .

8. Dispute Resolution

These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is attributed to the competent courts of Lille/Roubaix, notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party claims.
